Our class timetable has been built around feedback of our members. We are always interested in receiving further suggestions on what types of specialty classes and times that are and aren’t working for you.
Each class runs for approximately 1 hour. We ask that you do your own mobility work to allow us to predominantly focus on skills and the daily WOD (Workout of the Day) during class time.
Should you require help with mobility or triggering, please feel free to ask any of our knowledgeable coaches.
The box is open at 5:15am and remains open all day (with the exception of 1-3:30pm) to enable you to warm up should you require extra time to work on mobility and weaknesses on top of what we will provide in class.
