WHAT AND WHY AN INTRODUCTION TO CROSSFIT?
Our “Introduction to CrossFit” Program was developed through the need for CrossFit Classes for Beginners, just because not everyone is elite.  We know this sport can be really intimidating so we want to make it easy, fun and friendly!  This is something we work towards every day but it doesn’t matter who you are, stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time can make anyone want to run for the hills… Please allow us the opportunity to bring you through our big doors, and show that it isn’t all that scary.

WHEN & WHERE IS THE NEXT “INTRODUCTION TO CROSSFIT” AND WHAT WILL IT COST ME?Tuesday 17 January 2019.  This will be held at CrossFit P4P inside The Health and Fitness Shed, Woolloongabba.  Get it quick as we only take 10 participants and already people interested!

OUR NEXT COURSE WILL BEGIN ON TUESDAY 15 JANUARY 2019! 

CLASS TIMES: 
GROUP AM | Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at: 5:30-6:30am (Saturday at 7:00am optional)

You can choose to pay upfront for all 15 sessions at a discounted rate of $180 ($12 per session) OR you may pay a weekly Direct Debit of $40 ($13.30 per session).   If you would like to sign up on Direct Debit, please send us an email or give us a call and we will organise the paperwork for you. The maximum number of participants that we will take for the program is 10.  This is to ensure each and every one of you receives the individual attention that you deserve! 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
You and people just like you!  Starting CrossFit shouldn’t be scary or intimidating, it should be exciting and fun.  There are absolutely no expectations and everyone else there will be new to it as well.  Chances are, you’ll probably make some great friends throughout the 5 weeks.

 WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF CROSSFIT INTROS?
Our aim is to help you move like a champion.  What we mean by that is there are too many people who have sore knees, hips, backs and shoulders these days.  This is NOT normal, we want to show you what is.  Moving to full range without pain is what’s normal.  It may not be a quick process but we will give you the tools and help you get there.  Not only will you train, but we have information sessions on basic nutrition, body maintenance and recovery, Q&A’s and Bring a Friend Sessions. 

We are 100% dedicated to always ensuring your safety.  We will educate you on how to move safely, be patient and you will thank yourself later.  We will hold you back when we need to but give you a little push when the time is right.  Technical skills will be repeated every session and you’ll be sick of hearing us talk, but you will thank us down the track.

Most of all, you will have a huge learning and educational experience, while getting fit, making friends and having fun!!
